This Application is moved for bail, as the applicant/accused is facing prosecution under sections 302, 324, 323, 143, 147, 148, 149, 427 of the Indian Penal Code in C.R. No. I-295 of 2014 registered with Naupada Police Station, Thane.

Learned APP informs the Court that the trial Court has framed charge and evidence of the complainant is recorded on 12th April, 2016 by the learned Sessions Judge, Thane and now the matter is fixed on 22nd 1 / 2

As the trial has begun, I am not entertaining this Bail Application. The learned Sessions Judge is directed to go with the trial by following the procedure under section 309 of Cr. P.C. and complete the trial on or before 31st July, 2016.

Bail Application is dismissed. Criminal Application No. 1038 of 2015 is accordingly disposed of.
