This is the second bail application preferred by the applicants. The first application being Bail Application No. 1572 of 2015 was allowed to be withdrawn, as this Court was not inclined to consider the prayer for bail made by the applicants. However, considering the nature of allegations, the trial was expedited.

Learned Counsel for the applicants does not press this application and seeks leave to withdrawn this application. Learned Counsel SQ Pathan 1/2

ba.2338.15.doc states that the applicants will cooperate in the conduct of the trial and will not seek unnecessary adjournments. The said statement is accepted. Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn. 3.

The learned Counsel for the intervener states that the coaccused are delaying the trial on some pretext or the other and by filing adjournment applications on the ground that application for bail is pending in this Court.

It is made clear that the trial Court shall proceed with the case uninfluenced by the pendency of any bail application before this Court. REVATI MOHITE DERE, J.
