1] Leave to amend. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. 2] By the present application, the applicant is seeking permission to travel abroad, particularly to Nigeria for a period of 6 weeks from 15 th December 2017.
3] The applicant has been granted pre-arrest bail in CR No.59 of 2017 registered with Govandi Police Station, Mumbai by the co-ordinate Bench (Shri Prakash D. Naik, J.) by its Order dated 12 th June 2017 in Anticipatory Bail Application No.991 of 2017. One of the conditions while granting pre-arrest bail is that, the applicant to surrender his passport with the Investigating Agency.

appp.1043-2017.doc 4] It is submitted that the applicant has accordingly surrendered his passport to the Investigating Agency. The applicant is intending to travel abroad, particularly to the country Nigeria for a period of 6 weeks period from 15 th December 2017 and will return to India on or before 20 th January 2018.
In view thereof, the applicant is permitted to travel abroad on the following terms:
(i) Before leaving India, the applicant shall provide the detail itinerary alongwith the place where he intends to reside in Nigeria with phone number to the Investigating Officer so as to enable him to contact the applicant.
(ii) Applicant shall return to India on or before 20 th January 2018.
(iii) After his return to India on 20.1.2018, the applicant shall surrender his passport to the Investigating Agency within one week thereafter.
