This Application is moved for restoration of First Appeal and two Civil Applications, which were dismissed pursuant to the conditional order dated 2nd August, 2016 passed by this Court. 1 / 3

The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that there is delay of 464 days in filing the present Civil Application. He further submits that the office objections were not removed and hence the Appeal was dismissed. She prays that the applicant is ready to remove the office objections within a period two weeks and hence the First Appeal be restored alongwith two Civil Applications and the delay of 464 days be condoned.

The learned counsel for respondent no.1 fairly submits to the order of this Court.

In view of the above submissions, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b). The applicant shall remove the office objections within a period of two weeks from today. If the objections are not removed within the stipulated time, the Appeal will be dismissed without referring to the Court.
