This Bail Application is filed mainly on the ground of delay in conducting the trial. Ms. P.P. Shinde, learned APP submits that the trial has commenced and three witnesses have already been examined. She submits that the Applicant is presently housed in Yerwada Jail, Pune and there is facility to proceed with the trial through Video Conferencing. She submits that the prosecution will conduct the trial through video conferencing.

In the light of said statement, Mr. Pratik Rajopadhye, learned counsel for the Applicant, under instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the Application. Leave is granted. Bail Application is dismissed as 1/2
