The learned AGP on instructions submits that by a communication dated 12 February 2015, the Tahsildar, Kurla Mulund has informed the petitioner that his application has been rejected and the petitioner may resort to appropriate remedy.

In the light of the aforesaid statement made by learned AGP, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to resort to appropriate remedy. 3.

Leave is granted. Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
