By this Application, the Applicant prays that the aforesaid Appeal be added to the final hearing board and heard at the earliest. 2.

The Applicant has been sentenced to undergo ten years rigorous imprisonment for the offences punishable under Sections 395 & 397 of the Indian Penal Code. The Applicant is in custody since 2011.
