2. The applicant is seeking enlargement on bail in Crime No. 64 of 2019, for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 468, 471 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Investigation is over and Charge-sheet has been filed.

3. It is alleged, that the applicant, forged the 'valuable security' , a document in the form of, allotment/possession letters of the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) a Statutory Authority. It is alleged, the applicant in consideration of 1/2

10. BA 3088 of 2019.odt the allotment of flats, obtained Rs. 50,00,000/- from father of the complainant. Investigation revealed, that the applicant has forged, flats allotment letters. Besides two other Crimes are registered against the applicant viz., Crime No. 134 of 2019 and Crime No. 406 of 2019, under Sections 420, 465 and 468 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, on the similar set of allegations.

4. It appears in the year 2016, the applicant had issued a cheque, for Rs. 10,50,000/- in the name of complainant' s father, but it was dishonored. Besides, the allotment letters, the applicant allegedly produced affidavits of the officers of MHADA inter-alia acknowledging receipt of consideration for allotment of flats, in the cess building. Investigation, revealed these affidavits were not sworn by MHADA officials.
