Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Applicants and the learned counsel appearing for the third Respondent. The prayer in this Civil Application is for revocation of final order passed on 21st September, 1999 in the Writ Petition on the basis of the minutes of order. Perusal of the cause title of the Writ Petition shows that the present Applicants are not parties to the Writ Petition. It is thus obvious that the Applicants are not bound by the order passed in the Writ Petition.

If the Applicants have any right in respect of the CL.III Licence subject matter of the Writ Petition, it is for the Applicants to take out appropriate proceedings in accordance with law to establish their rights.
