This is an application for condonation of delay. This application is filed by Reliance General Insurance Co. Ltd. who has filed the appeal challenging the judgment and award passed by learned Member of Motor Accident Claims Tribubal, Pune on 11th June, 2015 in motor accident claim petition No.170 of 2011. There is a delay in lodging the appeal. The delay is of 18 days. The notice on this application was issued and the non-applicants herein are served.
