This is an application for stay filed on behalf of Insurance Company, challenging the judgment and award passed by learned Member of Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Pune on 11th June, 2015 in motor accident claim petition No. 170 of 2011. This court on 2nd December, 2015 while considering this application was pleased to direct the appellant Insurance Company to deposit entire amount. In pursuance to the said directions, the entire amount is deposited. Today this Court has allowed the application in part moved on behalf of the claimant thereby, directing them to withdraw the amount mentioned in 1/2

4(2)-CAF-4032-15 the said order.

In that view of the matter, order dated 2nd December, 2015 in Civil Application No. 4032 of 2015 is hereby confirmed and as such the application is disposed of.
