Through this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, petitioner has challenged the order dated 14.8.2014 passed by the respondents. On being asked, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the directions in the said order dated 14.8.2014, respondent no. 2 did not approach the Institution for the inspection of the documents. He submits that since the said prayer was not made in the application, it was not competent for the Authority to give the directions as contained in the impugned order. Be that as it may, admittedly, the respondent no.2 has not approached the

In the circumstances, we dispose of this petition with liberty to the petitioner to seek revival of the petition in case need so arise. With the aforesaid liberty, petition is disposed of.
