Considered the submissions made by the learned counsel. In view of the reasons mentioned in paragraphs 5, 6, 7 and 8 of the Application, the order dated 27th September, 2018 is hereby recalled and Writ Petition is restored to its original file along with the interim order, if any, passed therein.
