By filing this Civil Application the Applicant is seeking restoration of Writ Petition No. 1353 of 2010 which suffered dismissal for non compliance of order dated 31st October, 2012 passed by the Registry. For the reasons stated in the Civil Application the delay in filing the Civil Application is condoned.

Having considered the reasons for non compliance of the order, we find that there was sufficient cause for non compliance of Vishal Parekar 1/2

3-CAW-363-2014 the said order within time. In the circumstances, we allow the Civil Application and direct the restoration of Writ Petition No. 1353 of 2010 to its original number. The office objection now be removed within two weeks.

The Petition be listed along with Writ Petition No. 4140 of 2016 as per C.M.I.S. date.
