1] This is an application for transit bail by applicant Nos. 1 to 4.

2] The applicants are apprehending arrest in F.I.R.No.1000 of 2015 registered with Jawahar Circle Police station, Jaipur (East), Rajasthan under section 420 of IPC.

3] Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that till the time the applicants file appropriate proceedings before the competent court having jurisdiction at Jaipur, his clients may be protected by way of transit bail.

YBG aba1807-15 4] For the reasons stated in the application and in view of the facts mentioned hereinabove, the applicants are protected by way of transit bail on the following conditions:- (i) In the event of arrest of applicant Nos. 1 to 4, (Mr.Bharat Zaveri, Sohel Zaveri, Vishwas Zaveri and Ankit Zaveri) either by the Maharashtra Police and/or the police of Jawahar Circle Police Station, Jaipur (East), Rajasthan, the applicants shall be released on P.R.Bond of Rs.25,000/- with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount;

(ii) The applicants shall attend the concerned police station if so required between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon on a notice by Jawahar Circle Police Station.

(iii) The present order of transit bail shall remain in force for a period of two weeks from today;

(iv) All concerned to act on an authenticated copy of this order.
