CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 357 OF 2014 IN ....Appellant/ Applicant Mr. Sushant Karandikar, advocate for the appellant/applicant. By this application, the applicant is seeking stay of the judgment and decree dated 10th June, 2014 passed by the Family Court. By the said judgment, the petition filed by the applicant being petition No.D/29 of 2011 for custody of the minor daughter, came to be rejected. However, he was granted access to minor daughter to the extent of 60% of each and every vacation except Saturday, Sunday i.e. school holidays. Since the applicant's prayer for custody was rejected, the said order cannot be stayed during the pendency of the above family court appeal.

Mr. Vyas, learned counsel for the respondent, makes a statement that so far as summer vacation of the minor daughter is concerned, same is from 1st June, 2015 to 5th July, 2015. He further submits that access to the minor daughter would be given to the applicant on 14th or 15th June, 2015 to 4th July, 2015. The respondent shall drop the minor daughter at the residence of the applicant on 14th or 15th June, 2015 and shall pick the child from the applicant's residence on 4th July, 2015 with prior intimation to the applicant. The statement is accepted. 3.

Mr. Vyas also makes a statement that similar access would be given to the applicant as per the impugned order during the pendency of the above appeal. The statement is accepted. 4.

CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 28 OF 2015 IN ....Appellant/ Applicant Mr. Sushant Karandikar, advocate for the appellant/applicant. By this application, the applicant is seeking following reliefs: "(a) The Police may be directed to track, trace the Respondents and produce the Applicants minor daughter Shruti before this Court.

(b) Any other relief which this Court deems just and reasonable may be granted to the Appellant." Mr. Vyas, learned counsel for the respondent, makes a statement, that he will furnish address of the respondent as well as school details of the minor daughter within a period of two weeks from Shubhada S Kadam 4/5

today. The statement is accepted. In view of the statement, nothing survives in the instant civil application and the same is, accordingly, disposed of.
