The order dated 18th September, 2018 in Misc. Civil Application No. 107 of 2018 indicates that the notice issued to the respondent was returned unserved with bailiff remark "the house was locked". Hence this Court (Coram : A.M.Dhavale, J.) had allowed the applicant to take steps for substitute service. 2.

By the present application, the applicant has sought leave to serve the respondent by substitute service i.e. by publication in marathi newspaper.

For the reasons stated in paragraph 4 and 5 of the application, the application is allowed. The applicant to serve the respondents by substitute service i.e. by publication in daily marathi news paper "kokan Sakal" or "Bittambatmi", as well as by affixation on the outer door as per the registered address.
