Heard. This Application is filed by wife under section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 for transfer of Marriage Petition No.1740/2018 filed by the Respondent husband in the Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai to Family Court, Pune.

During the course of the arguments, the learned counsel for the Respondent husband submits that she received instructions from her client that they have no objection if the matter is transferred to the Family Court at Pune.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and as Basavraj G. Patil 1/2

18.108.19-MCA.doc the Respondent has no objection, by consent of the parties, following order is passed:

a.

The Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:

"(a) That the Petition No.1740/2018 pending before the Family Court, at Bandra, Mumbai be transferred to the Family Court at Pune."

b.

Hearing of Petition No.1740/2018 is expedited.

c.

The Misc. Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
