These applications are moved for the relaxation of the condition of attendance of the applicants-accused at the police station Shivgan 1/2

49-appln.810-14 imposed by the orders of this Court dated 30.4.2014 passed in the Bail Application No.674 of 2014 and the order dated 11.8.2014 passed in the Anticipatory Bail Application No.873 of 2014. The learned prosecutor is present. Mr. Garg, the learned counsel for the applicants in both the applications submits that the charges are framed and both the accused-applicants are attending the trial Court.

In view of this, condition of attendance imposed by this Court in both the aforesaid orders is relaxed.
