By filing this petition, the petitioner has raised a ground in regard to the applicability of the RTI Act. We find that the petitioner has not filed copy of any application filed under the said Act before the competent authority. Even otherwise, we find that the objection about the non applicability of the said Act can be raised by the petitioner as and when the occasion so arises before the appropriate forum. With the aforesaid observations, petition is disposed of.
