This Civil Revision Application was filed by the Applicant Company, challenging the judgment and order dated 25 June 2018 passed by the District Judge, Sangli in Regular Civil Appeal No.51 of 2011.

Mr.Mankapure appearing for the Respondent Nos.2(A) and 2(B) submits that pending the Civil Revision Application, 1/2

8.cra.13.2019.doc the Applicant Company has been de-registered. So also the Respondent Nos.1 (A) and 2 (B) have received possession of the suit premises. Mr.Mankapure tenders a copy of the order passed in Regular Darkhast No.12 of 2018, on 24 April 2023, by Civil Judge (Junior Division), Tasgaon, whereby the possession warrant was issued. The possession warrant appears to have been executed on 6 May 2023. The said copy of order tendered by Mr.Mankapure is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

The Civil Revision Application is accordingly disposed of, as infructuous.
