The interim application is filed by original respondent Nos.1 to 5 seeking direction against the petitioners to deposit costs of Rs.1,00,000/- each based on the observations made in clause 4 of order dated 27th January 2022. The clause 4 of the order is to the effect that in case the statement made by the petitioners that they are not encroachers is found to be false, the Court will impose costs of Rs.1,00,000/- on each of the petitioner. However, on 13th July 2022, this Court permitted the petitioners to withdraw the writ petition after giving opportunity of hearing to the respondents. The applicants were represented by the advocate who

36-ia1218-2024.doc did not raise objection for withdrawal of the writ petition. Hence, now such application is not maintainable.
