Learned AGP has placed on record a communication dated 17 April, 2023 received by her from the Joint Secretary, Government of Maharashtra, stating that the stay, which was granted by the impugned order dated 10 November, 2022 to the action to be resorted by the municipal corporation under Sections 52 and 53 of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966, has been vacated.
