The only prayer made by the petitioner in this writ petition is for a direction against the respondent nos.1 to 3 to take action for demolition of the illegal construction on the land mentioned in the writ petition.

Ms. Sagvekar, the learned counsel for the respondent No.1 states on instructions, that the illegal construction of which the

The learned counsel relied on photographs to show that the building was being demolished and that no building stands on the concerned land. By accepting the statement made on behalf of the respondent No.1, we dispose of the writ petition with no order as to costs.

In view of the disposal of the writ petition, Civil Application No.2988 of 2016 is also disposed of.
