The learned Counsel for the Respondent Nos. 5 to 8 on instructions submitted that the directions contained in letter dated 24th November 2014 addressed by the Commissioner, Cooperative Societies to the Deputy Registrar, N Ward are already complied with in as much as, on 3rd March, 2015, the Deputy Registrar, Cooperative Societies N Ward passed an order under section 78(A)(1) of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960, thereby the Managing Committee of Munidarshan Cooperative Housing Society is superseded and one Santosh N. Kasle was appointed as an administrator. In support of his submission, he has relied on an order dated Talwalkar

17.wp12194.15 3/3/2015 passed by the Deputy Registrar, Cooperative Societies, N-Ward, Mumbai at Exh. F at page 31. This fact is not disputed by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner.

In the light of the above, the Petition is rendered infructuous and the same is accordingly disposed of.
