There is a considerable delay of 798 days in filing the First Appeal and this is explained by saying that the Claimants were unaware, being indigent, of the order under Appeal. The compensation claimed is in respect of a fatal accident. The delay is condoned. A copy of the Appeal memo will be served on the Advocate for Respondents Nos. 1 and 2.
