The above Civil Application has been filed by the Applicant for being permitted to withdraw an amount of Rs.3,30,150/- out of the total amount of Rs.13,20,600/-deposited by the United India Insurance Co. Ltd. in MACT, Khed, District Ratnagiri. The withdrawal is sought on the ground that the Applicant has to pay fees for the engineering course for which she has taken admission in Zind College of Engineering, Pune. It seems that the Applicant's mother is doing household job, where as the BGP.

In my view, it would be just and proper to allow the Civil Application and permit the Applicant to withdraw an amount of Rs.3,30,150/- from the amount which has been deposited by the Insurance Company in the MACT, Khed, District Ratnagiri. The Civil Application is accordingly allowed to the aforesaid extent and to stand disposed of.
