The learned Counsel for the applicant after arguing for some time seeks leave to withdraw the revision application. He prays that six month's time be granted to the applicant to vacate the premises.

Accordingly Civil Revision Application is dismissed as withdrawn.

It is however directed that the possession of the application be protected till 31 October 2015 and the applicant will hand over peaceful and vacant possession of the suit premises to the S.S.DESHPANDE 1 / 2
904.CRA.38.15.sxw respondent on 1 November 2015. This is however on the condition that the applicants will file their usual undertakings in this Court within a period of three weeks from today. The learned Counsel of the applicant states that the applicants is alone in possession of the suit premises. The undertaking interalia will provide that the applicants will not create any third party rights.
