Having heard learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner and learned APP for the State, in our considered opinion, this petition can be conveniently disposed of by directing the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 5th Court at Bhoiwada, Mumbai to dispose of the Petitioner's application filed under section 457 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, bearing No. 601/PW/2010, copy of which is annexed at Exhibit-C to the petition, as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within the period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Ordered accordingly. Petition stands disposed of.
