Arjunwadkar appearing for the applicant and the original petitioner submitted on instructions that the original civil suit being RCS No. 167 of 2009 pending in the Court of learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Jaisingpur, from the order in which the petition had arisen, has itself been disposed by now. Therefore, neither the present Civil Application No. 862 of 2015 nor Writ Petition No.801 of 2014 survive for consideration, according to the submission.
