1] These two civil applications are taken out by the respondent/ applicants to bring the legal heirs of deceased Sudam Dangat on record. The appellant State Government has not objection to bring the legal heirs on record. In fact the State Government could have moved the applications for bringing the

legal heirs on record. However, the applications have been moved by respondents. In the circumstances, these applications are allowed by condoning the delay in filing the same if any. Legal heirs be brought on record forthwith.

In sofar as first appeals are concerned, the learned Counsel for the respondents who are claimants and have filed cross objections praying for enhancement in the compensation granted by the Reference Court, submits that the respondent No.1 wish to move an application under Rule 27 Order 41 of the Code of Civil

Procedure to bring further documentary evidence on record i.e. certified copy of the sale deeds of the adjoining lands. He further submits that the respondents have moved the application for certified copy before the Revenue Authority. In view of this, the first appeals are adjourned by one week. Copy of the application to be filed under Order 41 Rule 27 of CPC to be served on Government Pleader at least two days before the next date. (MRS.MRIDULA BHATKAR, J.)
