The challenge in the present Writ Petition is to the order dated 24th August 2023 passed in Revision Application No.236 of 2023 by which, the learned Additional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Pune Division, Pune rejected the application for stay. 2.

However, Mr. Ronghe, learned counsel appearing for Respondent Nos.4 and 6 states that the said Revision Application No.236 of 2023 itself has been dismissed.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition has become infructuous and disposed of as such.

However, it is clarified that this Court has not considered the merits of the case and all contentions on merits are expressly kept open.
