WP 46-45-47.16.doc P.C. :- After hearing these matters for some time, the learned Counsel for the Petitioners seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the Petitions with liberty to make a fresh representation challenging the order dated 1 February 2018, passed by the Respondent No.3 and with further liberty to approach this Court in case the representation is rejected by the Respondent No.3, keeping all questions open. 2.

Leave to withdraw the Petitions with liberty as prayed for is granted. Representation, if any, shall be filed within four weeks from the date of the order and if it is filed so, it shall be decided by Respondent No.3 in accordance with law at the earliest and in any case, within eight weeks from the date of receipt of the representation.
