I am informed by learned Principal District Judge of City Civil Court, Greater Mumbai that one more Court is being constituted for NDPS matters and part-heard matters will also be distributed equally to all the Judges presiding over NDPS Courts. In view of this, it appears that as the present case is also part-heard, it will be taken up by the concerned Judge. The learned Judge is requested to expedite the matter as far as possible as per Section 309 of Cr. P.C. 2.
