This Application is moved for restoration of First Appeal and recalling the order dated 27th July, 2017 passed by the Registrar (Judicial-II).

The learned counsel for the applicants submitted that by the order dated 27th July, 2017, the registration of Appeal was refused for want of removal of office objections within the stipulated time. The learned counsel for the applicants undertakes to remove the office objections.

36.CAF403_2018.doc notice. Hence, the order dated 27th July, 2017 is hereby recalled. First Appeal along with Civil Applications are restored to its original file. By way of last chance, the applicants are directed to remove all the office objections within six weeks from today. If the objections are not removed within the stipulated time, the Appeal shall stand dismissed forthwith without further referring to the Court. 4.
