Mr. Samant, learned AGP raises preliminary objection that the petitioner has remedy before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal.

The writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail of the alternate remedy. All contentions are left open. No costs.

Considering that the petitioner is seeking appointment on Class IV post, the Tribunal is requested to consider the application of the petitioner expeditiously.
