The Award has been declared way back on 15.07.1978. The Petitioners claim to be heirs of the tenant (since deceased) of the land in question. The deceased tenant who was the father of Petitioners had not challenged the Award during his lifetime nor filed any Reference. In the circumstances, we are not inclined to entertain the Petition.
