ORDER :

By this Court Receiver's Report, the Receiver has sought the directions with regard to the execution of the agency agreement and fxation of royalty of the Suit premises as well as costs of the report to be awarded to the Court Receiver. By a separate order bearing today's date, the Court Receiver is directed to execute the agency agreement with the Respondent within a period of four weeks from today, i.e. on or 1/2

1-crr-53-2019.doc before 4th April, 2022. There shall be no royalty fxed by the Court Receiver in the agency agreement executed by the Court Receiver with the Respondent.

The costs of this report is awarded to the Court Receiver in the sum of Rs.5,000/- and shall be borne by the Respondent within a period of one week from today. 3.

The Court Receiver's Report is accordingly disposed of.
