This is an application seeking regular bail in Crime No. I-126 of 2016 for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 326, 147, 148, 149 of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections 4 and 25 of the Arms Act. 2.

Apart from absence of criminal antecedents, it is claimed that the dispute arose in question out of political rivalry. 3.

Except the applicants, rest of the accused informed to have been released on bail. Investigation is complete. Charge-sheet is already filed. Purpose would be served. No further detention of the applicants is required.

In view thereof, the applicants are released on P.R. Bond of 1/2

(50) BA 2370-16 Rs.25,000/- each with one or two sureties in the like amount. The applicants shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence and influence the witnesses. The applicants shall appear before the Trial Court regularly. The applicants' absence before the Trial Court would entail them for cancellation of bail.
