ORDER:

The prayer clause (b) sought by the Petitioners in the Petition reads as follows:

"(b) That this Hon'ble Court by issuing appropriate writ, order or direction in nature of writ be pleased to direct Respondent No.1 to decide on merits the appeal as well as representation dated 6/03/2018 filed by Petitioners as expeditiously as possible;"

The Notification under section 6 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 was published on 3 June 1971 and the Award made on 4 August 1986. In our view, this is not a fit case to issue any directions for expeditious disposal of the Appeal or representation.
