Heard Mr.P.N. Joshi, learned Senior Counsel for the applicants and Mr.Yogendra Pendse, learned Counsel for the respondent, at length.

By these applications, the applicants have prayed for condoning delay of 67 days in filing Review Petitions. 3.
After perusing the assertions made in the applications and after hearing the learned Counsel for the parties, I am satisfied that the applicants have made out sufficient cause for condoning the delay.
