The grievance of the Petitioner in his petition is for seeking complete trial in a time bound manner.

Learned APP has submitted a report dated 16.06.2022 which is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. The report states that the Petitioner is an undertrial in MCOC Case No. 04 of 2014 which is pending before the Bombay Sessions 29th Court. 3.

Considering the long passage of time, it is directed that if the said trial is pending, the same shall be taken up for hearing and completed within a period of 12 months from the receipt of this order. 4.

With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. 5.
