It is not in dispute that the controversy is covered by the order passed today in Writ Petition No. 12342 of 2015. The only change is here the cancelled DRC is dated 20/06/2012. 3.

In this situation, for the reasons recorded in that order, with similar directions and time limit, we dispose of the present writ petition.
