It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner and respondents in Writ Petition No. 7201 of 2019, which was also one of the matters disposed of under the said order, is not connected with the group of matters decided under the order dated 20th March, 2023. The same is of a different subject matter.

The learned AGP is present. He accepts the said fact. 5.
In light of the above, as Writ Petition No. 7201/2019 was wrongly clubbed, the same shall stand deleted from the list of the petitions from the order dated March 20, 2023. The same shall also stand deleted from the cause-title of the said order, as well as, paragraph-53(iii).
