This is an Application for intervention filed by the first informant in C.R.No. 346 of 2017 registered with Shahupuri Police Station, Kolhapur.

The Applicant has filed an Affidavit dated 23.11.2017 opposing the said Application. Mr. Desai, Learned Senior Counsel also vehemently opposes the present Application.

However, for the reasons stated in the Application and in the interest of justice, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b).

The Applicant in ABA No. 1823 of 2017 is hereby directed to implead the first informant Shadab Abdul Shaikh as Respondent No.2. The said amendment be carried out within one week from today and an amended copy of the Application be served upon the learned Advocate for the first informant within the same stipulated period. 5.
