By this application, the applicant has sought to restore the Appeal from Order (St.) No.28736 of 2016 which was dismissed for non removal of office objections within the time stipulated by order dated 23/06/2017.

Considering the said statement and considering the reasons stated in paragraph 3, 4 and 6 of the application, the dismissal order dated 23/06/2017 is recalled and Appeal from Order (St.) No.28736/2016 along with Civil Application (St.) No.28737/2016 and 28739/2016 for Condonation of Delay and Stay respectively stands restored to file.
