Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the Applicant has complied with the order passed by this court dated 19/08/2019 and corrected/modified order dated 30/08/2019, but the appeal of the Applicant is dismissed for non-compliance of the Order dated 30/08/2019. The Applicant has filed a receipt of Kirtikar Law Library dated 19/09/2019, which shows the amount of Rs.1,500/- paid through Cheque dated 06/09/2019. But in spite of this, the Appeal of the Applicant is dismissed. 3.
