This Arbitration Petition is filed under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for appointment of an Arbitrator. Learned Counsel for the parties state that the Court may appoint an Arbitrator as the parties are unable to arrive at a consensus in suggesting the name of the Arbitrator acceptable to them. In view of the above, Mr. Salil Shah, Advocate, practicing in this Court, is appointed as an Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes and differences between the parties under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

Registry shall communicate a copy of this order to Mr. Salil Shah alongwith a memorandum of address of the parties. The Petition is disposed of in aforesaid terms. (A.A. SAYED, J.) Waghmare
