This is an application for restoration of Contempt Petition which was dismissed for non removal of office objections within stipulated period. There is a delay of 129 days to prefer the present application. 2.

For the reasons stated in the application, the delay is condoned and the Contempt Petition is restored to file subject to condition that the applicants shall pay costs of Rs.1,000/- to the High Court Legal Aid Committee within a period of two weeks from today. 3.

Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) subject to payment of costs as aforestated.
