After the hearing the learned counsel for the applicant at length when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief, the learned counsel on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to file a fresh application for bail before the trial Court if the trial arising out of CR NO.215/2015 registered with Chakan Police Station, Pune now culminated into Sessions Case No.49/2015 does not conclude within a period of nine months from today.

Leave and liberty granted.

Dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. 3.

The record indicates that, in the present case Trial Court

In view thereof the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Khed Rajgurunagar seized of Sessions Case No.49/2015 is hereby directed to conclude the trial of the same within a period of 9-months from today.
